Condizioni per esercitare il diritto di reso

Il diritto di reso può essere esercitato solo se vengono rispettate tutte le condizioni seguenti:

a. Il cliente deve mandare una mail (info@carolinaravarini.com) al venditore entro quindici (15) giorni dal ricevimento del prodotto, dicendo di voler effettuare il reso;

b. Il prodotto non deve essere stato usato, indossato, lavato o danneggiato in alcun modo;

c.Il prodotto deve tornare nella sua scatolina originale;

d. Il prodotto deve arrivare al venditore entro quindici (15) giorni dal momento in cui è stato ricevuto dal cliente.

Se tutte le condizioni vengono rispettate, il venditore rimborserà il cliente del prezzo del prodotto, ad eccezione del costo per le spese di spedizione effettuate.

Il rimborso avverrà con lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l'acquisto.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
a. an explicit statement of the Buyer's decision to terminate the Contract must be sent by email (info@carolinaravarini.com) to the Seller within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Products.
b. the Products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged in any way;
c. the Products must be returned in their original box;
d. the returned Products must be delivered to the shipper within fifteen (15) days of the time they are received.

If all the conditions required to proceed with the return are fulfilled, the Seller will refund the full price of the returned Products to the Buyer, except the shipping price.

The transfer will be with the same method used for the payment by the client.

Istruzioni per i costi di spedizione del reso

I costi di spedizioni del reso saranno ad intero carico del cliente, che sarà responsabile per ogni perdita o danneggiamento del prodotto durante il trasporto.

Instructions for shipping returns

The return shipping costs will be entirely paid by the Buyer, who will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products during the transport.

Tempistiche e metodo di rimborso 

Dopo che il venditore ha ricevuto il reso ed ha verificato che il prodotto rispecchi i parametri, il cliente riceverà la mail di conferma di accettazione del reso.

Il rimborso sarà effettuato con lo stesso metodo di pagamento usato dal cliente al momento dell'acquisto nel minor tempo possibile ed in ogni caso entro quindici (15) giorni dalla data in cui il reso è stato accettato.

Refund time and method

After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements for the return are met, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email accepting the return, or, if the value of the Products returned is found to have diminished, the Buyer will receive an email stating the amount withheld from the refund.

Regardless of the method of payment used by the Buyer (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal), the refund will be made by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within fifteen (15) days of the date on which the return is accepted.
